Deb Mundy
As an HSR Certified Professional in home staging and interior redesign, I’m proud to serve the Hampton Roads community—including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, and beyond. My training through the Home Staging Resource, the first RESA-accredited program in North America, gave me a strong foundation in the art and science of staging. More importantly, my 40+ years of experience in the Hampton Roads real estate market means I understand our neighborhoods, our buyers, and how to design spaces that help homes sell quickly and confidently.

Erika Dowdy
I have had a love for design for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I was always rearranging my room and experimenting with ways to make a space feel fresh. That early passion grew into a career I adore—helping others create homes that reflect personality and style. Traveling around the world has expanded my design perspective, inspiring me to blend cultural influences, textures, and timeless details into every project I take on.
Pam Marling
I'm happily married for 26 years and a proud mother of two college students.
I am using this new found time to explore my interests of home decor & design. I graduated from college with a BA in Hospitality Management and thrived working in the hospitality industry for 20 years. After raising my daughters I found a passion restoring and refinishing furniture and bringing new life to forgotten treasures along with other art projects.
The first time I met Deb Mundy I knew I wanted to work with her as I was intrigued by her attention to detail and commitment to making sure she showcased each and every home. The staff at Front Door works hard and inspires me. I enjoy working with them on each and every project.
Having the opportunity to take an empty space and create a beautiful living area to showcase a home is an honor and very rewarding. I LOVE working with all the beautiful furniture and home decor pieces that Front Door has in inventory. Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow.
Sara Estevez
As a stager, renovator, and room designer, I bring a creative eye and practical skills to every project. I specialize in transforming kitchens and bathrooms, helping homeowners see the true potential of these important spaces. I believe that thoughtful design not only improves function but also creates beauty that inspires buyers and homeowners alike.
Beyond work, I’m fueled by strong coffee, find joy in chilly mornings, and love the sense of accomplishment that comes from seeing a project completed and ready to shine.
Tracy Albert
As a Realtor with Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty and a Home Stager with Front Door Design and Decor, I’ve found the perfect balance between my love for real estate and my passion for creating beautiful inviting spaces. Helping clients buy and sell homes is deeply rewarding, and staging allows me to elevate that process by transforming houses into homes that truly inspire buyers while providing a constant stream of diverse, creative expression, allowing me to experiment with innovative styles, materials, and concepts to transform functional and aesthetic spaces.

Jackie - Stager
I am a self-taught designer with an innate eye for calm, contemporary spaces with a touch of traditional. On every project I read the room quickly and stage to reveal its full potential, helping buyers picture their life there. I favor clean lines and soothing palettes, then add a purposeful pop of color or pattern for interest. Fresh florals and greenery are my signature. My motto: “Less is more so the eye can relax.”
Baylee Perkins - Social Media
I curate and design Front Door’s social channels, turning our installs into scroll-stopping stories and posts. I'm behind the camera on staging days, filming, photographing, and editing, then shaping the content for Reels, TikTok, and web. With a sharp eye for what performs online, I pair clean visuals with concise copy, on-brand hashtags, and smart timing so our projects reach the right buyers, sellers, and agents. I turn our staging days into share-worthy stories, shooting, editing, and posting content that makes Front Door’s work pop where buyers and agents look.
